    This class incorporates functional moves using a variety of equipment. Mix in some low intensity cardio moves and you have a workout that improves your muscular strength and heart at the same time!

    Childhood vaccine are provided for children from birth to 18 years of age.

    Focus in on your core strength and stability in this 45 min total core workout.

    As long as flu viruses are spreading, it’s not too late to get a flu shot. The flu vaccine is available through Mary Greeley Home Health Services.

  • Injury Assessment Clinics

    Mary Greeley Medical Center offers free injury assessment clinics. Anyone with a recent injury or a nagging one that won't go away will receive a basic assessment by a physical therapist or occupational therapist.
