    Come to this class to learn the basics of hands-only CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and use of a public access AED (automated external defibrillator).

    An occupational and physical therapist will discuss modifications that can be made around the home to increase safety especially as related to aging and decreasing risk of falls.
