Description

Are you navigating a difficult loss? You don't have to face it alone. This 6-week program offers a compassionate, safe space to process your emotions, share your journey, and find healing alongside others who truly understand. You will learn tools to cope with loss, connect with others who are experiencing similar feelings, and receive emotional support.
