Presented by Rilee Ewing, Clinical Dietitian, MPPD, RD, LD, Mary Greeley Medical Center.

In this presentation, you will learn what foods are high in protein, tips to estimate protein needs, and the nutritional pros and cons of different protein sources. There will also be discussion of how to incorporate more protein-rich foods into your diet and when it can be beneficial to consider protein supplements (shakes, bars, etc).
