The holiday season can bring both cherished memories and difficult emotions, especially for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one. This presentation will explore common grief experiences during the holidays and offer practical strategies for coping with sadness, stress, and changing traditions. Participants will learn ways to honor loved ones, care for their emotional well-being, and find meaningful moments of connection and hope throughout the season.
