We have spent close to half the year tuning into a multitude of emotions that surface when adapting to a sudden health crisis such as COVID-19. New behaviors have been adopted in the spirit of community health and safety. Some have experienced first hand the pain, the grief of losing a loved one to a disease that did not exist a year ago. When so much has been turned upside down let’s also tune in to the hidden joy and happiness that can be present in the midst of tough times, whether it be a pandemic or another challenge.
