Focus in on your core strength and stability in this 45 min total core workout! This class incorporates the use of equipment for variety.

Totally core--get strong and learn how to utilize your stabilizer muscles for better power, performance and strength!

NOTE: FITNESS CLASS SESSIONS RUN CONCURRENTLY AND REGISTRATIONS ARE ACCEPTED THROUGHOUT THE SESSION.
