
Story County Public Health is offering a 10-week, research-based course designed to help participants reduce their risk of developing dementia by up to 70% through the adoption of simple lifestyle changes.
Participants must be able to live independently, actively take part in goal setting, and understand course materials and class activities.
The cost of this program is $50 for the 10-week program, which includes one-on-one consultations with a pharmacist, dietician, fitness professional and wellness coach.
