Medical Arts Building - Outpatient Rehab and Wellness

Moms In Motion Aquatic Fitness classes are designed for prenatal women and include gentle stretching, strengthening and cardiovascular exercise.

Fees & Payment

Fees for twice weekly attendance:  $49/month.  Monthly fees will be prorated and/or refunded when baby arrives, or if starting mid-month. 

Description

Moms In Motion is designed for prenatal women and includes gentle stretching, strengthening and mild cardiovascular exercises.  Following guidelines from the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists, Moms In Motion prepares women for the physiological changes associated with pregnancy and develops stamina and strength for labor and delivery.  Class participants enjoy a unique bond exercising with other moms to be.

Location

Our Moms In Motion Aquatic Fitness  classes are held in the lower level of the Medical Arts Building, 1015 Duff Avenue, in our warm water therapy pool.  

Date and Times

Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00-5:45pm
