All mother's to-be are reserved two spots to include a partner with the class.  Only the mother need register for the class.

Fees & Payment

Donations in the amount of $5.00 are suggested to cover material.

  • Infant nutrition/feeding

ChildBirth Education (via WebEx)

Two week childbirth education course to prepare parents for the birth of their baby. Topics include: labor, delivery, breathing and relaxation techniques, medications, epidurals, and medical procedures.

Moms In Motion Aquatic Fitness classes are designed for prenatal women and include gentle stretching, strengthening and cardiovascular exercise.
