Description

Unlocking Brain Fitness - Brain Help & Hope Logo

Story County Public Health is offering a 14-week, evidence based course is designed for individuals with mild cognitive issues. The individual is encouraged to take the course with a support person. Participants are encouraged to adopt simple lifestyle changes to prevent development of dementia. 

Participants must be able to live independently, actively take part in goal setting, and understand course materials and class activities.

The cost of this program is $75 for the 14-week program, which includes one-on-one consultations with a pharmacist, dietician, fitness professional and wellness coach.
