Presented by Fuzhong Li, Ph.D., ISU Pease Family Scholar, senior scientist at the Oregon Research Institute.

Join Dr. Li for a workshop to learn about his evidence-based adaptation of traditional Tai Chi designed to improve balance, mobility, and prevent falls among older adults. This program is brought to you by the Iowa State Kinesiology Department in partnership with the Story County Falls Coalition.

Please come in tennis shoes/comfortable clothes that allow for easy movement.
