Virtual registration opens once 6 in-person spots are filled (max 10 in-person).

Fees & Payment

There is a $15 fee for those attending in-person, which includes the cost of food that will be prepared and eaten by participants.

Presented by Liz Burkland, RD, LD, CDCES, Diabetes and Nutrition Education Center, Mary Greeley Medical Center.

Join this hands-on cooking class for beginner home cooks. Learn simple cooking methods for single people or couples. This class will focus on easy ways to prepare a balanced meal at home. You'll also learn about the nutrition benefits of the foods you're working with and grocery shopping tips as you're cooking together. 

Limited to 10 in-person participants.
