Fees & Payment

Non-Member Fees:
1 class/week - $34
2 classes/week - $49
3 classes/week - $68
4+ classes/week - $79

Fitness Center Members attend unlimited classes for FREE!!!

NOTE: Humana members attend SilverSneakers at no cost.

Individuals wishing to attend SilverSneakers classes only, pay $48 per eight week session to attend all three SilverSneaker classes per week.

senior fitness class!

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/ or standing support. SilverSneakers is the ideal fitness class for the older adult or those desiring a low impact exercise option.

NOTE: FITNESS CLASS SESSIONS RUN CONCURRENTLY AND REGISTRATIONS ARE ACCEPTED THROUGHOUT THE SESSION.
