Presented by Selden Spencer, MD, McFarland Clinic Neurology.

This program will discuss what preventative measures you can take to slow down aging of the brain. Dr. Spencer will review various clinical trials that examined activities that are helpful in slowing down the process, research on sleep and clearance of amyloid from the brain, senescent cells and their possible role in aging, and the role of the aging immune system in central nervous system aging.
