During this program you will learn why you are eating and become familiar with your body’s internal hunger and fullness cues. Mindful eating can improve your ability to choose appropriate portions, reduce stress surrounding meal times, and eliminate judgement of your food choices. Mindful eating can also help to reduce food waste, increase satisfaction during meals, and promote better relationships with those we share our meals with.
