Presented by Whitney Sanders, Michelle Reichert, & Dana Kline, Cancer Nurse Navigators, Katie Albrecht, Mary Greeley Outpatient Rehab, Kaitlyn Baumgardner, DNP, McFarland Oncology.

This presentation provides an overview of cancer survivorship, highlighting the physical, emotional, and practical challenges individuals may experience at each stage of the cancer journey and the importance of coordinated, ongoing care. Attendees will learn about the comprehensive support services available at William R. Bliss Cancer Center, including symptom management, wellness programs, psychosocial support, and educational resources. The session aims to increase understanding of survivorship care and empower patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to access available supportive care from diagnosis through the continuum of care.
