This is YOUR page.

We know this is hard. We know that nothing like this has ever happened in our lifetime. This page has been created to help YOU deal with what's going on. It's to provide you with inspiration, hope, laughter and practical tips for making it through the tough days.

There are resources below to help you manage what is going on and if you're on this page, we hope you find what you're looking for. If you don't, email Stephanie Marsau in Community Relations and let her know what you hoped to find and didn't. Chances are if you think it belongs on this page, so do a dozen other people.

This page is about meeting you wherever you are. Good day, bad day, hard day, sad day - it doesn't matter, because we are all in this together.

Mind, Body & Spirit

Some days are harder than others. Our minds are tired from overthinking and worrying, our bodies are exhausted and our spirit is downtrodden. In the section below, you will find both videos regarding how to improve your well-being. We're all in this together and are much less likely to break when all of us are strong physically, mentally and spiritually.

The Lighter Side

It's been said that laughter is the best medicine. As healthcare professionals, we know that medicine is typically the best medicine, but laughter has its time and place - and we could all use a little bit more of it.

The items below are intended to provide you with a good laugh and maybe even a little escape from the monotony we're currently experiencing. We're fairly certain that unlike medicine, laughter has never had any negative side effects.
