  • Bereavement Support Group: Men's Coffee

    This group meets at Perkins restaurant, 325 S. Duff Ave., Ames, the third Monday of the month from 7:30 to 9 a.m.

  • Bereavement Support Group: Six-Week Group

    A six-week program for people who have experienced a loss through death. Offered three times per year at the Israel Family Hospice House. Please call for dates.

  • Birthways Tour (OB)

    This class provides the attendee with an explanation of services provided at MGMC Birthways and a walking tour of our facility and the Birthways Unit.

  • Breastfeeding Class

    Information about what to expect during the beginning days of breastfeeding will be discussed to help make breastfeeding a positive experience. Current information on breast feeding will be presented.

    Breastfeeding is your baby’s best start. Bring your baby to our Breastfeeding Support Group to share and learn in a friendly supportive atmosphere.
