We will cover four areas of lifestyle habits associated with healthy aging: cognitive activity, physical health/exercise, diet/nutrition, and social engagement
Sibling Class (Big Brother/Big Sister) Age 2-4
This class is for siblings, ages two to four years old, to prepare for the arrival of the new baby. (We recommend registering for this class one month before mom's due date.)
Childbirth Education One Day Class (First Saturday)
An accelerated childbirth class. Topics include: labor, delivery, breathing and relaxation tecniques, medications, epidurals, and medical procedures.
Bereavement Support Group: Six-Week Group
A six-week program for people who have experienced a loss through death. Offered three times per year at the Israel Family Hospice House.
Information about what to expect during the beginning days of breastfeeding will be discussed to help make breastfeeding a positive experience. Current information on breast feeding will be presented.

Mary Greeley Medical Center's Stroke Support Group welcomes stroke survivors, along with their loved ones, to come and share their experiences.
Our pre-diabetes class, taught by a diabetes educator, focuses on nutrition, weight management, diet, exercise and behavioral changes.
