High Fives are a simple, meaningful way to recognize a coworker for living our PRIDE values and making a difference—big or small.
How to Send a High Five
To send a High Five, please use a paper High Five card and either:
- Send it through interoffice mail, or
- Hand deliver it to the recipient
Where to Find High Five Cards
High Five cards are available:
- In the Copy Center, or
- By connecting with your leader
Other Ways to Share Appreciation
Recognition doesn’t have to stop with a card. Here are additional ways to say “thank you” and spread positivity:
- Write a thank‑you email that shares specific, meaningful appreciation
- Send a handwritten thank‑you note for a personal touch
- Submit praise through Viva Engage to recognize someone publicly and inspire others
- Offer verbal recognition during meetings, huddles, or day‑to‑day interactions
Every act of appreciation helps build a culture where people feel seen, valued, and supported.
