College Partnerships
High School Partnerships
We increased our outreach and engagement with local high schools in 2022. From hosting tours for students, to presenting in classrooms, we have made a positive impact on students’ knowledge and interest in healthcare careers.
Internships
The Mary Greeley Internship Program was rolled out in 2022 to all leaders for hosting paid student interns aligning with a business need across the organization. We hosted clinical and non-clinical students for internships from Iowa State University, Grandview University, Morningside College, and Iowa Lakes Community College.
The internship program is supported by the Mary Greeley Foundation.

We are a 220-bed regional hospital that provides healthcare to the residents of a 13-country area in central Iowa and we do what’s right for not only our patients, but for our workforce as well.
