    How do I apply?

    3. Browse available openings.

    4. Click 'Apply' on the position that interests you.

    When should I apply?

    • You do not need to wait until graduation. We recommend applying approximately 1–2 months prior to graduation, although there is no required timeframe.
    • If you are interested in starting as a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you may apply at anytime.

    What should I know before applying?

    • Be aware of your preferred employment status (e.g., Full-Time or Part-Time), schedule (e.g., three 12-hour shifts, every other weekend), and shift availability (e.g., Days, Nights, Varied) to help identify suitable job openings. We are a 24/7 facility committed to providing excellent patient care. I think this needs more explanation.
    • Your performance as a student reflects the professional, you’re becoming—and of the potential you bring to Mary Greeley Medical Center. The impact you make today truly matters.
    • During your phone interview and the application please mention if someone from MGMC referred you — they may be eligible for a $1,000 referral bonus. Once you join our team, you’ll be eligible to refer others and earn a bonus too!

    What is the starting pay?

    • Depends on your specialty
    • Shift Differentials available: (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
    • Weekend Employee Premiums (WEP): Time x 50% (Standard Plan), Time x 35% (Plus Plan)

    • We encourage all qualified applicants to apply—even if your peers are applying for the same role. There may be opportunities for both of you!

    How do I stand out as an applicant?

    • Meet the qualifications.
    • Do research on Mary Greeley Medical Center beforehand – look at our website, know our values & mission, etc.
    • No typos, proper punctuation, & thoroughness in completion of the application.
    • Be engaged in interviews.
    • Express your interest and gratitude for being considered.
    • Do not speak poorly of current or previous organization/leader.
