Prevention Groups at Mary Greeley Medical Center meet regularly and strive to keep community members healthy, either by helping them through life changes and illness, or encouraging them to eliminate unhealthy habits. Groups include:

In addition to Prevention Groups, Support Groups at Mary Greeley Medical Center offer patients and loved ones regular meetings to offer help related to a specific condition, or during a loss. Groups include:

- Breastfeeding Support Group
- Diabetes Support Group
