Grilled Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients
1 ea Unpeeled Sweet Potato-cut into wedges
1 tsp Light Brown Sugar
1 tsp Splenda®
1 tsp Unsalted Butter
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
Method
1. Wash and cut sweet potatoes. Set aside.
2. In a small sauce pan on medium heat add remaining ingredients.
3. Stir ingredients until blended well. Do not boil.
4. Place sweet potato wedges on medium grill.
5. Brush mixture over wedges.
6. Continue to cook and brush until desired doneness.
