Those who attended Mary Greeley Medical Center's Heart Symposium on Feb. 10 got a taste of some savory, heart-healthy dishes. Executive chef Mike Leach presented a dessert demonstration featuring his Mixed Berry Shortcake before serving up a delicious dinner including Garlic Roasted Pork Medallions, Tortilla Encrusted Tilapia, and Rosemary Roasted New Potatoes.
