Lemon Lime Sorbet
Prep time: 20 minutes
Yields: 12 servings
Ingredients
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup lime juice
1/2 cup Splenda
3 tsp crushed red pepper
2 oz mint leaves
2 lb cubed ice
Method
1. Add all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 3 - 5 minutes or until smooth.
2. Scoop into sorbet cups and refreeze.
3. Serve frozen with lime twist for garnish.
