Neighbors-helping-Neighbors USA

Model. Job-seekers self-help group, with 24 groups in NJ. Founded 2011. Mutual support for those who are actively looking for work, and would like to re-invogorate their job search. Includes laid-off workers, recent college grads, those re-entering the job market, retirees seeking part-time, and struggling small business owners. Members share support and job leads, assisting each other with techniques and sugguestions to improve job search and netwroking, while setting personal goals between meetings. Values a positive 'Pay It Forward' group culture. All groups meet at local public libraries where local librarians skilled in job search resources and skills are available, along with access to computers.
