Heart Health Education Videos

The cardiac rehabilitation program at Mary Greeley Medical Center restores optimal health to heart patients after a heart attack.

Our Staff

Certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, our program is staffed by registered nurses who specialize in cardiac rehabilitation.

Our Program

Our multiphase program consists of the following:

  • Phase I. Structured activity to restore basic strength, and patient/education
  • Phase II. A six-week monitored exercise program for outpatients, which includes medication, diet and stress management.
  • Phase III. A supervised exercise program for outpatients who have completed Phase II.
  • Cardiac Support Group. A group meeting for cardiac patients and their family members.

Phase I and Phase II are covered by Medicare and most insurance companies. Phase III is generally not covered by insurance, and costs are paid by the patient.
