Community Health Services
Mary Greeley Medical Center provides community health services for individuals and families through HOMEWARD Health Services. Services are either free of charge or a donation is requested, based on what a client is able to pay. Most services are available at our HOMEWARD office at 1114 Duff Ave. in Ames, across the street from Mary Greeley Medical Center.

The HOMEWARD Telehealth Program offers clients the Health Buddy®, an easy-to-use device that allows you provide HOMEWARD with important information about your condition from the
comfort of your home.

HOMEWARD Childhood Immunization Clinics offer immunizations for a variety of childhood diseases.
