Community Health Services

Mary Greeley Medical Center provides community health services for individuals and families through HOMEWARD Health Services. Services are either free of charge or a donation is requested, based on what a client is able to pay. Most services are available at our HOMEWARD office at 1114 Duff Ave. in Ames, across the street from Mary Greeley Medical Center.

Senior Health Clinics

Clinics for seniors are available on a regular monthly schedule at convenient locations throughout Story County. Find a Health Clinic.

Telehealth Program

The HOMEWARD Telehealth Program offers clients the Health Buddy®, an easy-to-use device that allows you provide HOMEWARD with important information about your condition from the 
comfort of your home.

Childhood Immunization Clinics

HOMEWARD Childhood Immunization Clinics offer immunizations for a variety of childhood diseases.

Additional Community Health Services

Continuum of care, well baby checks, lead poisoning screening and education, flu shot and TB testing. Learn more about additional services.

HOMEWARD Home Care Services provides comprehensive, coordinated services to patients within a 50-mile radius of Ames.
