HOMEWARD Offers November Flu Clinics
Ames, Iowa – HOMEWARD Public Health will offer seasonal flu clinics during November. Flu and pneumonia vaccinations will be offered to the public on a first-come, first-serve basis. The cost is $25 for the influenza vaccine injection, $30 for the FluMist® intranasal influenza vaccine, $40 for the high dose flu vaccine (for those 65 years of age and over), and $65 for the pneumonia vaccine. Medicare Part B covers flu and pneumonia vaccinations. Please bring your Medicare B card. For further updates, call the HOMEWARD flu hotline at 515-233-7577.
