Mary Greeley Fest and 10th Annual Hope Run
for Hospice are June 19
AMES, IA - Saturday, June 19, at Bandshell Park in Ames, Mary Greeley Medical Center will host Mary Greeley Fest and the tenth annual Hope Run for Hospice.
Mary Greeley Fest is a community fair with a twist. In addition to healthy living information and health screens from the professionals at Mary Greeley Medical Center, you will find activities for all ages including ambulance and fire truck tours, bike helmet giveaways and prizes, photos with Cy and much more. Lite 104.1 will provide music and entertainment. Come join us for food, games and fun for all ages.

Tenth Annual Hope Run for Hospice
7 a.m. Registration (Download a registration form)
8:00 a.m. Hope Run (5k, 10k and 1 mile walk/run)
9:45 a.m. Hope Run Jr. (ages 10 and under)

9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Activities for all ages, free blood pressure checks
and diabetes screenings, games, music, pizza and
ice cream fundraiser, health screens, a visit from
Cy and ISU cheerleaders and many more activities.
Starting at 8:00 a.m. runners and walkers will pound the pavement during the Hope Run for Hospice. The run features a 5K and 10K race open to all levels, a non-competitive 1-mile walk/run suitable for all abilities and Hope Run Jr. for children 10 and under. The start and finish of the races is on the southwest side of Bandshell Park on 5th Street, west of Duff Avenue, Ames.
The Hope Run for Hospice benefits the Israel Family Hospice House, a 12-bed inpatient unit in west Ames, operated by HOMEWARD of Mary Greeley Medical Center. The facility supports those in their final days of life and their family members by providing an environment committed to maintaining the dignity of the patient.
