HOMEWARD Home Health Joins Home Health Quality Improvement National Campaign

- HOMEWARD Home Health today announced that it has joined the Home Health Quality Improvement (HHQI) National Campaign.
The HHQI National Campaign is a grassroots movement designed to unite home health stakeholders and multiple health care settings under the shared vision of reducing avoidable hospitalizations and improving medication management. The campaign goals include reducing avoidable hospitalizations and improving management of oral medications for home health patients.
"HOMEWARD is proud to be a participant in this exciting and worthwhile project," says HOMEWARD Home Care Clinical Service Manager Angela Doran. "We know that quality care is important to our community and strive to embrace new opportunities allowing HOMEWARD to continue providing specialized care with a personal touch."
HOMEWARD Home Health combines home health care, hospice care, home medical equipment and public health into a single organization. HOMEWARD's goal is to make the delivery of out-of-hospital health services convenient and economical. Services are provided within a 50-mile radius of Mary Greeley Medical Center. All services are provided on a sliding fee scale.
