Mary Greeley Medical Center's Annual Benefit for William R. Bliss Cancer Center Features Kentucky Derby Theme
, IA-Mary Greeley Medical Center will host "We're Off to the Races!" annual benefit supporting the William R. Bliss Cancer Center on Saturday, May 1, at the CPMI Event Center in Ames.
This year's benefit boasts a Kentucky Derby theme with a live viewing of the 136th running of the Kentucky Derby. Guests also have the opportunity to try their luck at video horse racing, play a hand or two of blackjack, win raffle prizes and bid on great auction packages. This year's program features live and silent auctions benefitting the William R. Bliss Cancer Center.
The 2010 "We're Off to the Races!" annual benefit tickets cost $75 per person and include drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Reservations are required and can be made over the phone or in person at the Mary Greeley Medical Center External Relations office.
2010 Annual Benefit Schedule:
4:00 p.m. Cocktail hour and viewing of the Kentucky Derby
5:30 p.m. Heavy hors d'oeuvres and silent auction
7:30 p.m. Live auction and dessert
8:30 p.m. Blackjack tournament
