Race Day Information

6:30am Registration & packet pickup (outside main entrance to Middle School)

8:00am 5K race, Non-competitive 1-mile

9:15am Hope Run, Jr.

• Ages 6 & under-50m

• Ages 7 & 8-100m

• Ages 9 & 10-200m

9:30am Age Group & Team Awards

• Medals to top 3 finishers in 14 categories

• Participation ribbons to all youth ages 12 & under

• Team awards

11:30am—5pm at First National Bank (405 5th Street, Ames)

6:30—7:45am for Hope Run and until 9:00am for Hope Run Jr.

Team-up to support the Israel Family Hospice House

Gather coworkers, family and friends to show your support as a team. Prizes are awarded in various team categories, including most participants, top fundraisers, corporate teams and more.  Team members can participate in any distance and should have a minimum of four members. To be eligible, all members must enter team name on registration form.

Individual Awards

Trophies to top overall male and female in the 5K. Medals to the top three finishers in each age group for both males and females:

11 & under, 12-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
