Event Schedule

4:00 p.m. Registration and silent auction opens, Preakness wagering begins

4:45 p.m. Early Bird Drawing for an I-Pod Touch

5:00 p.m. Preakness Stakes – live viewing (approximate – official post time TBA)

5:15 p.m. Gaming tables open, including High Roller’s Poker Tournament

7:15 p.m. Gaming suspends until after the live auction

7:30 p.m. Program, hat contest and live auction

8:30 p.m. High Roller’s Poker Tournament Finale

Elegant heavy hors d’oeuvres and complimentary wine, beer and assorted non-alcoholic beverages will be served throughout the evening. Cash bar will also be available.

Registration

Tickets are $75, and all proceeds will benefit the William R. Bliss Cancer Center. The center provides inpatient care, radiation oncology and educational resources, open to the public through the Cancer Resource Center.

Gaming and Poker Tournament

All gaming tables will be open from 5:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. The High Roller’s Poker Tournament Finale will begin promptly after the conclusion of the Live Auction, approximately 8:30 p.m.

Chips and tickets do not carry cash value and may not be used for payment towards any live or silent auction items. Players are limited to $250 in chips and raffle ticket purchases.

Suggested Attire and Hat Contest

Festive attire and hats are encouraged - we will even have a hat contest! Ladies often wear nice summer dresses and fun hats – the bigger the better! For the gentlemen, light colored suits or blazers with collared shirts are typical.
