  • Childbirth Education One Day Class (First Saturday)

    An accelerated childbirth class. Topics include: labor, delivery, breathing and relaxation tecniques, medications, epidurals, and medical procedures.

  • Sibling Class (Big Brother/Big Sister) Mixed ages

    This class is for siblings of mixed ages, from two years of age and up, to prepare for the arrival of the new baby. (We recommend registering for this class one month before mom's due date.)

  • Cooking Demonstration - The Fresh Tastes of Summer

    Enjoy the bounty of summer with two tasty veggie soups and a fresh fruit dessert prepared by Marg Junkhan.

  • BRCA Support Group

    A support group for people affected by hereditary breast, ovarian, and related cancers.

  • Pre-Diabetes Class

    Our pre-diabetes class, taught by a diabetes educator, focuses on nutrition, weight management, diet, exercise and behavioral changes.
