  • Cardiac Rehabilitation Support Group

    Educational presentations featuring cardiac rehabilitation occur four times a year as part of our Prime Time Alive program. Prime Time Alive membership is not required to attend these cardiac presentations.

  • Childbirth Education

    Two week childbirth education course to prepare parents for the birth of their baby. Topics include: labor, delivery, breathing and relaxation techniques, medications, epidurals, and medical procedures.

  • Childbirth Education One Day Class (Saturday)

    An accelerated childbirth class for parents on the go. Topics include: labor, delivery, breathing/relaxation, medications, epidurals, and medical procedures.

  • Childhood Immunization Clinic

    Childhood vaccine are provided for children from birth to 18 years of age.

  • Clostridium Difficile: A Nasty Bacteria

    Clostridium difficile is a bacterium that causes inflammation of the colon, known as colitis. Dr. Arbulu, will cover the causes, symptoms and treatments.

  • Cooking Demonstration: Versatile Crepes

    From an elegant dessert, to simple brunch dish or savory side dish, crepes are an easy option. Marg Junkhan will share some of her favorite crepe recipes.

  • Courage in Motion

    A fitness program for cancer patients, survivors and caregivers.

  • CPR Training Kit

    Family & Friends CPR Anytime is a kit that teaches people the core skills to perform Adult/Child CPR in just 22 minutes.
