    An accelerated childbirth class for parents on the go. Topics include: labor, delivery, breathing/relaxation, medications, epidurals, and medical procedures.

  • Sibling Class (Big Brother/Big Sister) Mixed ages

    This class is for siblings of mixed ages, from two years of age and up, to prepare for the arrival of the new baby. (We recommend registering for this class one month before mom's due date.)

  • Healthy Longevity

    Achieving an exceptionally old age is difficult enough – doing so in good physical, cognitive, and mental health is even more of a challenge.

  • Grand Rounds: Treatment of Common Running Injuries

    Identify common running injuries and the faults that cause those injuries.

    Our pre-diabetes class, taught by a diabetes educator, focuses on nutrition, weight management, diet, exercise and behavioral changes.
