Educational presentations featuring cardiac rehabilitation occur four times a year as part of our Prime Time Alive program. Prime Time Alive membership is not required to attend these cardiac presentations.

An accelerated childbirth class for parents on the go. Topics include: labor, delivery, breathing/relaxation, medications, epidurals, and medical procedures.
Childhood Immunization Clinic
Childhood vaccine are provided for children from birth to 18 years of age.

This non-certification course may be taken in two ways; a facilitated a one hour introductory version of the course (you also receive the take home kit); or, you can purchase the kit to take home and learn on your own time.
