    Information about what to expect during the beginning days of breastfeeding will be discussed to help make breastfeeding a positive experience. Current information on breast feeding will be presented.

  • Mallwalkers: Ada Hayden: From Gravel Pit to City Park

    Erv Klaas will discuss the history of the land that is currently known as Ada Hayden Heritage Park, including how it was formed, its use by Native Americans and early Europeans, and how it received its current name.

  • Alzheimer's Support Group

    The Alzheimer's support group is a gathering of family, friends, and caregivers of individuals that suffer from Alzheimer's disease and other related forms of dementia.

  • Childbirth Education

    Two week childbirth education course to prepare parents for the birth of their baby. Topics include: labor, delivery, breathing and relaxation techniques, medications, epidurals, and medical procedures.

  • Diabetes Support Group

    This is a friendly group which meets the first Tuesday of every month, March through November, at 7 p.m. at the Diabetes and Nutrition Education Center.

  • Sibling Class (Big Brother/Big Sister) Age 2-4

    This class is for siblings, ages two to four years old, to prepare for the arrival of the new baby. (We recommend registering for this class one month before mom's due date.)

  • Childbirth Education One Day Class (First Saturday)

    An accelerated childbirth class. Topics include: labor, delivery, breathing and relaxation tecniques, medications, epidurals, and medical procedures.

  • Look Good...Feel Better

    Look Good Feel Better teaches beauty techniques to women cancer patients to help them manage the appearance related effects of cancer and its treatment.

  • Lifelong Links - August 2016: Helping You Remain Independent

    LifeLong Links, focuses on keeping adults in their homes, remaining as independent as possible. Even if you are doing just fine, it's good to know who to call.

    Breastfeeding is your baby’s best start. Bring your baby to our Breastfeeding Support Group to share and learn in a friendly supportive atmosphere.
