  • Bereavement Support Group: Six-Week Group

    A six-week program for people who have experienced a loss through death. Offered three times per year at the Israel Family Hospice House.

  • Sibling Class (Big Brother/Big Sister) Mixed ages

    This class is for siblings of mixed ages, from two years of age and up, to prepare for the arrival of the new baby. (We recommend registering for this class one month before mom's due date.)

  • Art from the Heart

    There are many ways to express what is being felt emotionally and physically after the death of someone loved and one of those ways is through art.

  • Childbirth Education One Day Class (Saturday)

    An accelerated childbirth class for parents on the go. Topics include: labor, delivery, breathing/relaxation, medications, epidurals, and medical procedures.

  • Grand Rounds: The New Adult ACLS/BLS Resuscitation Guidelines

    This activity will describe the common resuscitation goals and practices that show an evidence-based platform for initial resuscitation priorities. The practice gap addressed is for consistent high quality resuscitation efforts.

  • Pre-Diabetes Class

    Our pre-diabetes class, taught by a diabetes educator, focuses on nutrition, weight management, diet, exercise and behavioral changes.

  • Breastfeeding Support Group

    Breastfeeding is your baby’s best start. Bring your baby to our Breastfeeding Support Group to share and learn in a friendly supportive atmosphere.

  • Heart Health Discussion

    Meet one of McFarland Clinic's new Cardiologists for a discussion on heart health.

  • Breastfeeding Class

    Information about what to expect during the beginning days of breastfeeding will be discussed to help make breastfeeding a positive experience. Current information on breast feeding will be presented.

    A class for expecting or new parents which provides you with the latest in factual information and helpful hints for a joyful beginning with your baby.
