    3-week childbirth education course to prepare parent for the birth of their baby. Topics include: labor, delivery, breathing and relaxation tecniques, medications, epidurals, and medical procedures

  • Childbirth Education One Day Class (Saturday)

    An accelerated childbirth class for parents on the go. . Topics include: labor, delivery, breathing and relaxation tecniques, medications, epidurals, and medical procedures

  • Childbirth Education One Day Class(First Saturday)

    An accelerated childbirth class for parents on the go. . Topics include: labor, delivery, breathing and relaxation tecniques, medications, epidurals, and medical procedures

  • Expectant Parent Class

    A two-part class that will provide you with the latest in factual information and helpful hints for a joyful beginning with your baby.

  • Immunization Clinic

    Childhood vaccine are provided for ages 2 to 18 years of age.

  • Moms In Motion Aquatic Fitness

    Moms In Motion Aquatic Fitness classes are designed for prenatal women and include gentle stretching, strengthening and cardiovascular exercise.

  • Sibling Class (Big Brother/Big Sister) Age 2-4

    This class is for siblings, ages two to four years old, to prepare for the arrival of the new baby. (We recommend registering for this class one month before mom's due date.)
