    This class is for siblings, age four and up, to prepare for the arrival of the new baby. (We recommend registering for this class one month before mom's due date.)

    An accelerated childbirth class. Topics include: labor, delivery, breathing and relaxation tecniques, medications, epidurals, and medical procedures.

  • Breastfeeding Class

    Information about what to expect during the beginning days of breastfeeding will be discussed to help make breastfeeding a positive experience. Current information on breast feeding will be presented.

  • Childbirth Education

    Two week childbirth education course to prepare parents for the birth of their baby. Topics include: labor, delivery, breathing and relaxation techniques, medications, epidurals, and medical procedures.

  • Grand Rounds: Kidney Transplantation for the Primary Care Physician

    Review the basics of kidney transplantation and discuss major medical issues that can occur post-kidney transplantation.

  • Death: A Topic We Do Not Talk About

    This topic sounds gloomy, but we all want a “good” death. Learn more about the end-of-life and how you can be prepared.
