At the conclusion of the activity, participants will be able to:

1)    identify 10 pillars of optimal aging

2)    see how these pillars can be applied across the spectrum of aging

3)    see how these pillars apply to brain wellness in addition to overall health

Professional practice gap to be addressed: This presentation will describe practical ways in which physicians can help patients optimize efforts at a healthy lifestyle.

Target audience: Physicians, mid-level providers, nurses, health care administrators
