  • Mallwalkers: Home Security and Identity Theft Prevention

    Ny Saadiq, Ames Police Department, will discuss ways to prevent identity theft, how to report suspicious activity and general safety tips to keep you safe.

  • Childbirth Education One Day Class(First Saturday)

    An accelerated childbirth class for parents on the go. . Topics include: labor, delivery, breathing and relaxation tecniques, medications, epidurals, and medical procedures. This class does include a hospital Tour.

  • Breastfeeding Class

    Information about what to expect during the beginning days of breastfeeding will be discussed to help make breastfeeding a positive experience. Current information on breast feeding will be presented.
