Boot Camp training is an eight week program of progressive fitness instruction and motivational training. Each session is designed with variety in mind. By varying your activities, your body is constantly challenged and will see improvement rapidly. You can expect some brisk walking, running, strength training, agility drills, core training and games. The emphasis is on fun, while continually challenging you to take your fitness to the next level. Regardless of your age or fitness level, we will inspire and challenge you!

Exclusive boot camp sessions will be held on Monday and Friday mornings from 5:30-6:30AM at the Lifetime Fitness Center in Story City. Boot Campers can expect cutting edge fitness instruction, nutritional information, guidance and motivation at a fraction of the cost of hiring a personal trainer!
