Description

At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

1)    understand payment options for mental health services in Story County

2)    have increased awareness of referral options, resources and services available in Story County for those with mental illness

3)    learn about future activities and developments on a local, state and federal level to improve services to the mentally ill

Profesional practice gap to be addressed: By increasing awareness of services available, providers will be demonstrate enhanced and more efficient referrals for services for the mentally ill to facilitate improved functional outcomes.

Target audience: Physicians, mid-level providers, nurses, health care administrators
