This course is designed to meet the state requirement for currently endorsed EMS instructors to fulfill their update information obligation for renewal.
3-week childbirth education course to prepare parent for the birth of their baby. Topics include: labor, delivery, breathing and relaxation tecniques, medications, epidurals, and medical procedures
Understanding the potential benefits of these new medications as well as risks and indications should improve clinical knowledge and patient outcomes.

Information about what to expect during the beginning days of breastfeeding will be discussed to help make breastfeeding a positive experience. Current information on breast feeding will be presented.
