This non-certification course may be taken in two ways; we facilitate a one hour introductory version of the course monthly (you also receive the take home kit); or, if too busy to attend the facilitated class, you can purchase the kit to take home and learn on your own time. Either way you receive a kit and the opportunity to share it with others at home.

Our monthly facilitated courses, offer an overview of the skills, opportunity to ask questions and understand the local EMS system that cares for CPR patients.
Take Home Kit
Family & Friends CPR Anytime is a personal learning product that teaches lay people, in the comfort of their own homes, the core skills to perform Adult/Child CPR in just 22 minutes. There is a separate kit for infant CPR that utilizes the same time frame and format. The kits include a manikin, DVD and can be reused by family member and friends. The Family & Friends CPR Anytime program is research-proven to be equivalent to taking a traditional course for learning the core skills of CPR.
The CPR Anytime class is offered monthly during the second Tuesday of each month.
