Description

At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

1)    Differentiate Paroxysmal, Permanent and Chronic Atrial Fibrillation

2)    Understand AHA/ACC guidelines for Atrial Fibrillation

3)    Understand which patients are candidates for PVI Ablation

Professional practice gap to be addressed: Atrial fibrillation technology and treatment is ever-changing. This activity will provide state-of-the-art 2013 A-fib diagnosis and treatment guidelines.

Overall goal: Improve daily treatment of atrial fibrillation and subspecialty referral.

Target audience: Physicians, mid-level providers, nurses, health care administrators

    An accelerated childbirth class for parents on the go. . Topics include: labor, delivery, breathing and relaxation tecniques, medications, epidurals, and medical procedures. This class does include a hospital Tour.
