3-week childbirth education course to prepare parent for the birth of their baby. Topics include: labor, delivery, breathing and relaxation tecniques, medications, epidurals, and medical procedures

Most people know what their blood pressure numbers are but may not fully understand what it means. Join Dr. Killion to find out what blood pressure is, how it’s measured, how it effects your body, and when it needs to be treated.
Information about what to expect during the beginning days of breastfeeding will be discussed to help make breastfeeding a positive experience. Current information on breast feeding will be presented.
