Presented by Julie Bergeson, rehabilitation teacher, and Rosie Thierer, rehabilitation counselor, Iowa Department for the Blind.

The Iowa Department for the Blind is dedicated to serving the thousands of Iowans who are experiencing vision loss. With proper training and opportunity, people who are blind or visually impaired can live independently and work productively along with their sighted peers.  Join us in learning about the various services available to eligible Iowans and adaptive equipment/technology helpful in employment and daily living.

  • Breastfeeding Class

    Information about what to expect during the beginning days of breastfeeding will be discussed to help make breastfeeding a positive experience. Current information on breast feeding will be presented.
