1) Review the recent update of US Preventive Services Task Force recommendations regarding screening asymptomatic men for prostate cancer.
2) Review data regarding benefits and harms of PSA based screening for this common cancer including the risk of overdiagnosis.
3) Discuss potential alternative evidence-based approaches to PSA screening in our patients.
