3-week childbirth education course to prepare parent for the birth of their baby. Topics include: labor, delivery, breathing and relaxation tecniques, medications, epidurals, and medical procedures

Description

A three week childbirth course that is an interactive approach as you prepare for the birth of your baby.  This course covers information on the stages of labor and delivery, relaxation and breathing techniques and how the can ease the pain of labor, and the coach's role.  Other topics include medication, epidurals, medical procedures, and your care following birth.  Our clasees are taught by certified childbirth educators.  We ask that you bring two pillows and dress comfortable for this class.  Suggested donation: $30. Class sizes are limited for personal interaction. Registrants must be delivering at Mary Greeley Medical Center.  A hospital tour is part of this class.
